If you’ve been following me for some time, you know that I don’t highlight AI news every single week, but I think this week there is some interesting news to share, so here’s a summary of what happened in the AI world this week.

Coca-Cola launched a limited edition flavor co-created with AI

Coca-Cola has just released a limited edition flavor named Y3000 that was cocreated with AI. They’re inviting fans to imagine what the future tastes and feels like with their new limited-edition drink.

According to Coca-Cola, Coca‑Cola Y3000 Zero Sugar was co-created with human and artificial intelligence by understanding how fans envision the future through emotions, aspirations, colors, flavors, and more. Fans combined with insights gathered from AI, helped inspire Coca‑Cola to create the unique taste of Y3000. This is a concept of what a Coke from the future might taste like.

In some countries, you can buy this new limited-edition drink today!

The zero-sugar offering will be available for a limited time in the United States, Canada, China, Europe, and Africa, while consumers in the USA and Canada can also reach for an original taste version of Coca‑Cola Y3000.
