Many use ChatGPT to simplify tasks in their everyday life, but did you know you can also use it as a work assistant?

And I’m not talking about using AI to write emails or code but using it for tasks that most employees face no matter what their position is.

Time is a very valuable resource when we are at work. Whether you are in a leadership position or are an intern, we all face permanent challenges and constant evaluations that we must meet. Fortunately, ChatGPT can help us with these tasks that could take us hours if we do it on our own.

1. Self-Evaluation with ChatGPT

For a company, it is essential to conduct a review of the performance of all its employees according to the goals. In that sense, we can make ChatGPT a guide and have it evaluate us according to what we have achieved with our work in the company based on key attributes.

We can customize the prompt below as we want. Keep in mind that the evaluation time, attributes, definitions, and contributions within the company will be different for each case.
