The 10/80/10 rule is sharp. But I'd push back slightly on "the part that takes hours but doesn't need your taste". In creative work, taste is everywhere, including the middle 80%. The moment you hand that off entirely is the moment the output starts sounding like everyone else's. The final 10% review can't fix what the middle 80% got wrong.

Well said on the 10/80/10 rule. The right way to think about AI collaboration is through this framework in that the efficiencies comes through the execution phase. The initial steering and final review still require thoughtful, human input.

Well written. As a mentor I am looking at whispr flow, dump my brain in spreadsheet and build 30 days of content set to auto deploy. I still write my own stuff, AI will not do justice if we do not create it’s core brain like the original owner.
