Interesting. In order to conserve tokens in Claude, I use another AI to create the structure and content for the directories and .MD files before I start Cowork. I have not used it for a complex IT work project yet, but the results are very good. This approach saves a lot of time too, but as always, you have to check everything.
This is great. I do a range of things so I set context and plans within folders themselves, I can copy the folder rewrite once I set good systems.

Why not kickstart your own agent? Claude cowork is great, different MCPs here and there.
I believe all bottlenecks come with development of MCPs
